Worked on GenAI-driven customer service solutions across banking and retail, and independently led a BFS project designing end-to-end screens for Amazon Connect. Retained and expanded the same enterprise client across three consecutive projects, leading UX Discovery workshops to design a project management system and a multi-persona request management portal, delivering UX flows, screen designs, usability testing, and effort estimations. Recognized with a Super Crew Award within the first six months for strong ownership and performance.

Improved feature discoverability by 70% for a key hospital-finder feature in Together For Her (1.5M+ users). Led UX design for digital health products across oncology, diabetes, and cardiac care for MSF, NHS, BOB-ICB, and ViiV UK. Drove a UX audit improving vital tracking discoverability by 57% through cross-geo research, and designed HCP dashboards for clear visualization of critical health metrics.
