Client Type : Manufacturing (Sweden)
Duration : 10 months
My Role : UX Lead
Project Aim : Create a Project Management Portal
Team Size : 10-12 (BA, PM, Dev Team, QA Team, Accounts Manager)
This project focused on designing a role-based Project Management Portal for planning, execution, supply coordination, and inventory tracking.
The system served four key personas, each with distinct responsibilities across the project lifecycle.
I led UX discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand roles, tasks, and end-to-end workflows.
These insights informed the information architecture, user journeys, and UX flows, followed by low and high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
To support implementation and adoption, I created UX-driven user manual videos and collaborated through the build phase on a low-code platform (Appian) until successful project closure.

Project Aim : Create a Request Creation Portal
Team Size : 7-8 (BA, PM, Dev Team, QA Team, Accounts Manager)
This project involved designing a Request Creation Portal for Lab Testing, aimed at digitising the complete request lifecycle and improving visibility into request status and progress.
The system supported four distinct personas, each handling a mix of offline and online tasks across request initiation, processing, testing, and closure.
The goal was to bring all touch-points onto a single digital platform for better tracking and accountability.
I led UX discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand roles, tasks, and end-to-end workflows. These insights shaped the information architecture, user journeys, and UX flows, followed by low- and high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
To ensure smooth adoption, I created UX-focused user manual videos and worked closely through the build phase on a low-code platform (Appian) until successful project closure.

Project Aim : Re-Design a Compliance Portal
Team Size : 4 (BA, PM, Dev Team)
This project focused on the redesign of a Compliance Management Portal, streamlining request creation, lifecycle tracking, and role-based access to information.
The platform catered to multiple personas, each with different responsibilities and access levels, resulting in distinct views and workflows based on user roles. The redesign aimed to improve clarity, compliance visibility, and process efficiency.
I led UX discovery sessions with business stakeholders to map roles, permissions, and end-to-end workflows. These insights informed the information architecture, role-based user journeys, and UX flows, followed by low- and high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
The solution was implemented on a low-code platform (Appian), with UX handoff and validation carried through to successful project closure.

Internal Project
Duration : 1 week
My Role : Junior UX Designer
Project Aim : Create a Job Application Portal
Designed a job application portal that enabled external candidates to apply for roles through a guided, step-by-step experience, reducing friction in a traditionally complex process.
The application flow was structured into multiple sections, allowing users to progressively enter personal details, upload documents, add work experience, and complete role-specific information.
The experience was intentionally designed to feel manageable and transparent, with clear progress indicators and validation at each step.
I worked closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, mandatory data fields, and compliance needs, translating them into a clear information architecture and task-based user flows.
The final solution included high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes, which were handed off to developers for implementation.
